Nightly close and source reconciliation

Every morning you know where the money is, what you owe and are owed, and which difference is still open

Every night after the day closes, all money sources — the panel, gateways, wallets, exchange partners and brokers — are read, turned into events and double entries and compared with real balances; the trial balance must be zero. Every difference stays on the list with an identifier, a probable cause, an owner and an age, and no difference is ever closed with a manual number. In the morning a one-page report arrives: where the money is, what happened today, how much must be bought or sold to flatten the open position, and what needs your decision

Who it is for: For any organization whose money is spread across panels, gateways, wallets and banks

What we deliver

  • Sources read after the day closes, with a defined time cutoff
  • Each source's witness balance recorded at the moment of reading
  • Rows converted to events and entries; a zero trial balance
  • Each account compared with its independent source and a difference table with causes
  • The one-page morning report and the closed-balance report
  • The open position and the amount that flattens it
  • A nightly transfer to the ERP with sum controls
  • Review of staff manual entries against evidence (a transaction hash or receipt)
  • Detection of late-arriving rows and status changes to earlier rows

What we need from you

  • Read access to the sources; you sign in yourself — we never take or store passwords
  • A daily rate source

Controls and approvals

  • Read-only toward every source
  • No manual numbers to close differences
  • Entries the engine did not create are reported separately every night
  • If a source cannot be read, the night is declared not-transferred rather than reported closed
