Terms of Service

1 · Acceptance and authority

By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent

2 · Software-only service

Arfinex builds and licenses software only and does not act as a bank, broker, custodian, money transmitter, auditor, law firm or tax adviser

Any regulated activity is provided separately by an appropriately licensed third party under its own terms

3 · Accounts and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate registration information, authorised users, credential security, lawful instructions, source-data quality and activity performed through your account

4 · Subscription and access

Features and usage limits depend on the purchased plan

If payment is overdue, access may be limited, moved to a read-only or demonstration state, suspended or terminated after any applicable notice or grace period while legally required data-export rights are preserved

5 · Acceptable use

You must not use the services unlawfully, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, violate another person's rights or use outputs without appropriate human review

6 · Sanctions and trade controls

Arfinex does not provide services where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering or other applicable laws

We may screen, refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate access involving any jurisdiction, person or entity subject to applicable legal restrictions, and may request information reasonably necessary for compliance

7 · Customer data and third parties

You retain rights in your customer data

You authorise processing necessary to provide, secure and support the services

Integrations and licensed third-party services are governed by their providers' terms and availability

8 · Intellectual property

Arfinex and its licensors retain all rights in the software, designs, documentation and trademarks, excluding customer data and third-party materials

9 · Availability and warranty boundary

The services are provided subject to the agreed plan and applicable law

No software or integration is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and customers remain responsible for professional review, backups and legally required controls

10 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arfinex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss

Any mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected

11 · Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or a legal requirement

Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective

12 · Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Arfinex LLC in the United States, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection rights

We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date of material changes
